What data we process

This website does not store personal data on its servers. When you get in touch via WhatsApp, email or the mentorship form, the information you choose to send goes directly to the owner's WhatsApp or email.

Purpose and legal basis

We use this data only to reply to you and, for the mentorship, to assess your place and arrange the details. The legal basis is your consent and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the conversation or business relationship lasts and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

Purchases

Payments for digital products are made on Hotmart and Kiwify, which process your data under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by writing to rayanefilgueira.ugc@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
